Exclusions
- **All airfares, airline fees, departure taxes, fuel surcharges, etc.
- **Transfers to & from the departure airport and/or airport parking
- Additional charges may apply for Athens airport transfers if arriving / departing on different flights from the rest of the group
- Any future fuel surcharges or increase in local taxes on land arrangements or additional imposed costs due to unforeseen circumstances
- Hotel porterage
- Personal items: shopping, meals, etc. (unless listed in inclusions)
- **Optional tours or arrangements outside of the package itinerary & stated inclusions
- Meals & Beverages not listed in the Itinerary or Inclusions
- Tips & gratuities
- Early check-in & late checkout of rooms (standard check-in time is 2pm and check out 10am)
- **Travel Insurance (recommended)
- Visa/passport or entry authorization handling fees
- The new Greece hotel tax (paid onsite at checkout)
** Options will be coordinated by your dedicated Group Travel Consultant from the Zimpfer Travel Group. These will be offered at additional cost to the land package pricing below.

Athens (Post-Arrival)
Hotel Plaka (or similar 3* option)
Plaka, a 3 star superior hotel, is a prestigious choice for a demanding client, in a terrific location. Few minutes walk from Syntagma and Monastiraki square offers direct access by metro from the airport and port. The Acropolis, Ancient Agora, Roman Forum, Parliament, museums, shopping area of Plaka and Ermou street, the Athens Cathedral are all on your door step from the hotel. You are really in the heart of Athens, in the most strategic and charming location.
Mykonos
Mykonos Beach (or similar 3* option)
Premiumly situated right on Megali Ammos Beach, in Mykonos Island, Mykonos Beach Hotel provides affordable mid-upscale beach accommodation in Mykonos, Greece. Featuring a long history in the Mykonian Hotel market as a family hotel since 1975, Mykonos Beach management and personnel have gained a long-term experience in the hospitality industry and guests’ satisfaction, therefore they mostly have been repeating their summer holidays through the years at the Mykonos Beach Hotel in Mykonos Island, Greece.
Santorini
Villa Manos (or similar 4* option)
Villa Manos Rooms and Apartments can be found in the area of Karterados, with its’ traditional square, taverns, the bakeries and small shops. A few minutes walk away is a fast-developing shopping area with a large supermarket, florist, great cafes, restaurants, boutiques, bars and much more. One can find the local bus stop right outside Villa Manos.
Athens (Pre-Departure)
Hotel Arethusa (or similar 3* option)
Nestled in the heart of Athens, beneath the iconic Acropolis Hill and surrounded by some of the city's most famous landmarks -including the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the Tower of the Winds and the Temple of Olympian Zeus- the Arethusa Hotel invites you to experience the vibrant energy of this historic city. Just a short walk (3 minutes) from Syntagma Square and the central metro station, as well as the Parthenon (10-15 minutes), the Arethusa Hotel is the perfect base for tourists. Immerse yourselves in authentic Athenian life while sightseeing and explore Greece’s rich history.
Pricing & Key Dates
Below is the total cost of the land package, as described above in the Itinerary and Inclusions. We do have an opportunity to lower the per person cost based on the # of travelers, so be sure to share with your friends and family. Everyone is welcome to join!

Pricing is based on double-occupancy. For single-occupancy, an additional $1,025 fee will apply. We also have a triple-occupancy room available, with a $90 per person cost reduction.
Here are the key dates and deposit details:
- Initial Deposit: Holds your spot in our limited group capacity
- Before February 28, 2026: $325 per person, fully refundable up to April 30, 2026 (becomes non-refundable at that time)
- Starting March 1, 2026: $525 per person, non-refundable
- Second Deposit: $2,000 per person due April 30, 2026 (non-refundable) - Sign up early, group space may be returned at this time!!
- Final Payment: Remaining Balance due June 10, 2026 (non-refundable)
Flights
As noted in the Exclusions, airfare is not part of the land package pricing above. Our Group Travel Consultant will help coordinate those arrangements separately, including a group block option for those who have signed up by Feb. 28, 2026.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to protect your investment from any unforeseen complications or circumstances that may arise before or during our trip. Your Group Travel Consultant can discuss available options & pricing with you. While these policies can typically be purchased up to about 2 weeks prior to your departure, there are some options that require purchase within 1 or 2 weeks of making your initial deposit.
